How much does compounded semaglutide cost?

Advertised prices for compounded semaglutide injections on the program pages we checked range from $60 to $297 a month. They are not like-for-like. Some are medication-only prices that need a separate membership; some include everything; some require paying a year up front; and some are first-month or promo-code prices. The table below shows each program’s exact wording so you can see the conditions.

Mochi’s compounded semaglutide card says "As low as $60" and does not state the supply period; Mochi notes that medications are not included in its membership[1]. Ivím Health quotes "12 months of compounded Semaglutide $65 per month" plus a $75 monthly membership[5]. OrderlyMeds advertises "Get started for $74 a month — $149 total for 2 months", an all-inclusive starter price[6]. Fridays shows "Starting at $99 /mo" with promo code FOREVER12 and, on the same card, "$279/mo with an annual plan"[7]. Found’s cash plan, which includes compounded medication, is $169 a month on a 12-month prepaid plan or $289 month to month[3]. Henry Meds charges $197 a month on a 12-month prepaid plan[9] or $297 a month month-to-month, including provider visits, medication, supplies and shipping[2]. TrimRx says "GLP-1 Starting at $179"[8].

Why do compounded semaglutide prices vary so much?

Three reasons show up on the pages themselves. First, what’s included: Henry, Found and OrderlyMeds bundle care and medication; Mochi and Ivím price medication and membership separately. Second, commitment: the lowest rates at Found, Henry and Ivím assume 12 months, and Henry warns that multi-month plans may require paying out the balance if you stop[10]. Third, promotions: Fridays’ $99 depends on a promo code, and OrderlyMeds’ $74 is a two-month starter price[7][6].

Programs also differ in how much semaglutide a "month" contains; Henry, for instance, describes its plan as "Up to 10 mg of compounded semaglutide every 70 days"[2]. Ask any program for the total price, the amount of drug per shipment and the cancellation terms in writing.

Is compounded semaglutide legal in 2026?

Compounding is legal when a pharmacy meets the conditions of section 503A or 503B of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. During the national shortage, those conditions were easier to meet. The FDA determined the semaglutide injection shortage was resolved on February 21, 2025, and its grace periods for state-licensed pharmacies and outsourcing facilities have ended. The FDA says semaglutide is not currently on the 503B bulks list or the drug shortage list[11]. Compounding of a patient-specific formulation by a 503A pharmacy can still occur when conditions are met; read our compounded GLP-1 legal status guide for what that means.

Compounded semaglutide vs Wegovy: what does the price gap look like?

Brand-name Wegovy pens cost $349 a month self-pay from Novo Nordisk, or $199 for a new patient’s first two fills[4], and the Wegovy pill starts at $149[4]. Those are medication-only prices; you still need a prescriber, which telehealth programs typically charge for. Compounded all-inclusive plans at $169 to $297 a month overlap with brand-name medication plus a membership. Compounded drugs are made by state-licensed pharmacies or outsourcing facilities. They are not FDA-approved, are not generic versions of Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro, and the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality.
