Compare GLP-1 costs side by side

Verified Prices from manufacturer and program pages

The GLP-1 cost builder totals what a course of treatment would cost across programs, side by side. Pick a medication and a program for each column, set how many fills, and see the total with membership fees included. Every number comes from a published price page we checked on October 19, 2026.

Questions people ask

How does the comparison builder calculate totals?

It multiplies each offer’s published medication price by the number of fills you choose and adds the program’s membership fee (first-month price, then the ongoing monthly price). It is arithmetic on published prices only.

Why are some lower prices missing from the builder?

Introductory prices that apply only to the first fills, such as Novo Nordisk’s $199 Wegovy offer, are left out so totals never extend a promotion past its end. They are shown on the drug and program pages.

Does the builder recommend a program?

No. Highlighting the lowest total is arithmetic, not an endorsement. Which drug and dose are right is a decision for you and your prescriber.
