GLP-1 price data you can download and cite
Every price on GLP Observer is available as open data: 67 published program offers, the monthly Self-Pay Index and the 54 source pages behind them. Files are free under CC BY 4.0 and carry the date we last checked each price against its source.
Which files are available?
| File | Format | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| prices.csv | CSV | 67 program offers: program, drug, offer, starting price, unit, intro flag, the program’s own wording, source URL and verified-on date. |
| price-index.csv | CSV | 20 monthly rows of the Self-Pay Index with both component prices and whether each month is observed or reconstructed. |
| prices.json | JSON | Everything above plus 8 drugs’ dose-level prices, dated price history and the full sources list. |
How should I cite it?
Credit “GLP Observer” and link to the file or page you used, with the verified-on date, for example: GLP Observer, GLP-1 published price dataset, verified October 19, 2026, https://glp.observer/data/. Prices change; quote the date with the number.
What isn’t in the data?
It lists what manufacturers and programs publish, not what any individual will pay after insurance, discounts or a pharmacy’s own pricing. Compounded medicines in the data are not FDA-approved. Nothing in the files is a ranking or a recommendation; see the methodology.

Where do the prices come from?
Only from manufacturer pages, government sites, KFF and each telehealth program’s own published pricing page. Every row links to its source.
